Dr. Jennifer Rubinstein Murray is a licensed clinical psychologist who helps couples and parents strengthen their relationships, navigate conflict, and reconnect emotionally—even in the messiness of everyday life. With a warm, collaborative, and often humorous approach, Dr. Murray creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow. At the heart of her work is a deep belief that strong relationships are not built by avoiding conflict, but by learning how to move through it together. Dr. Murray specializes in helping couples: Improve communication and emotional closeness Resolve recurring arguments and long-standing patterns Rebuild intimacy after major life changes—especially parenting She also supports parents who are feeling overwhelmed, misaligned, or exhausted by the demands of raising children while trying to maintain a loving partnership. Whether you're co-parenting toddlers, navigating adolescence, or trying to “get back to us,” Dr. Murray meets you where you are—with empathy, evidence-based tools, and a dose of real-talk when it’s needed most. Dr. Murray holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is licensed in both New York and Connecticut. She provides telehealth sessions and is the founder and clinical director at Westchester Psychological Associates, PLLC.
